The Baconater - AWESOME


This was my creation this weekend! 2lbs of pepper bacon wrapped around 2.5 lbs. of hot italian sausage. In the middle were onions, and fried bacon! Then it was smoked for 3 hours and doused in bbq sauce - AWESOME!!!

Sheila, you nailed it! It was gross and just painful to digest. I'm glad Ted can wipe this off of his bucket list.

holy moly! that's a lot of bacon! i've heard of this before but sounds like i really don't need to try it :)
