Bike Rides
For the past few Saturday's I have gotten out of bed and headed straight out for a ride as soon as there is light in the sky - which is about 5:30. I have to say that I LOVE to ride my bike. It is a great feeling being out in the middle of the country at sunrise with no cars, no noise, no anything really - except me and the cows! Although I have only had my new bike for about 3 weeks, I have increased my mileage every week. This past Saturday I rode about 40 miles in a bit less than 2.5 hours and I hit a top speed of over 39 mph. If my body would let me I would be out there all day! Next week I am going to try to make it to Louisburg and back...

LOL. Ted, glad you are liking your bike! We'll have to ride together soon. The ride I did on Saturday AM was out south, we actually went right by your neighborhood! Do you still think biking is really easy? :)
