Sink or swim?

The neighborhood pool closed on Monday, so yesterday they allowed dogs to come for a swim. I could not wait to see if Riley and Spitz had what it took. Unfortunately we didn't have our camera, but lets just say Ted was convinced all dogs had a natural instinct to swim and that was not the case. Riley was a natural. She didn't like it, but she did it successfully in the regular pool. Spitz wasn't having it so we tested her skills in the baby pool (where she could touch the bottom) and she was literally scared stiff in the baby pool. I'm sure her next bath will bring back reoccurring memories of this traumatic experience, but now I don't have to wonder who will sink and who will swim!
