Blog Slacker

We have been super busy since bringing home baby Grace. Aside from the sleep deprivation, we have had a lot to get done. Here are some of the noteworthy items.

Ted completed his first half marathon. Ted's sister Gannon was in town for the race and we had a really nice weekend.

Grace was baptized yesterday. When she wasn't pooping through the ceremony, she was crying. Luckily we were the only baptism that day so it was a very private event.

Our priest was much happier about the baptism than baby Grace. Grace's baptismal gown was made in 1913 and was worn by Ted's dad wore for his baptism.

This week things get back to normal. I've finished most of my baby list which has included finding daycare and getting newborn pictures taken (which I will post when I get them back). Still on deck is her baby book and getting the birth announcements out.

She is such a baby doll. Can't wait to see her when you guys come to Louisville. Better come by and see me. Enjoy this time cause it goes by quickly and pretty soon your baby is having a baby!!! Wait till about 8-10 months...my favorite age as infants. Will be sending a little something in the mail as soon as we get back to louisville. Get some rest and love to you all.
