So a few weekends ago, I found myself in NYC! I always love a good visit to the concrete jungle. First stop was Lauren's. After I dropped my stuff off at her quaint studio apartment, we hit up a wine bar on her street.
Next stop was visiting with more friends! Thanks Hannah, Mark and Joe for coming out to see me!
In our old age, we were easily home by 11pm, but I was pooped. I woke up early the next morning and headed to Liz and Derek's pad in Jersey City. It was a Green Girl weekend with Gannon, Liz, me and the one and only Jean Green! Our adventures took us to Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Sister Act, Purdy Girl, Time Square and a sushi dinner.
No NYC trip is complete without purchasing a $10 pink purse from a street vendor!
The trip was a blast, but of course I was excited to get home to my family. Four days away from baby G was too many. Ted and she survived and I'll always be appreciative that I have a husband who can manage the house in my absence.

I'm so glad you decided to join us, Megan!!! I definitely think we should make this a tradition, but I agree, G was probably wonderin' where her mama went!
;-) Can't wait to see you guys in a couple of months!! I love that picture of Ted and G.
So fun! I love NYC, but I really love the pic of Ted and G:). I can totally see him having a converstaion with her over dinner...as she just stares at him like "Dad, what are you talking about, you're crazy!"
Looks like you had a great time! I also love the picture of Ted and G!
Come back soon and bring Ted and G! And send me the rest of the pictures!
