Chip 6 months old and stats

Chip is almost 8 months now, but here are my shots from when he turned 6 months old and his stats.

Height:  28" - 94%
Weight:  17.56 lbs - 50%
Head:  17.75" - 92%

At 6 months, Chip could roll, although did not roll very much.  He was not sleeping through the night and was not sitting up.  It is safe to say I panicked a bit when my doctor said that babies are usually sitting at their 6 month appointment.  That in conjunction with my overwhelming concerns about his head getting flat I'm sure made Ted want to kill me!  (He can sit now and also sleeps through the night!)

Chip has made some lasting memories in his first 6 months of life.  From my water breaking a few weeks early for his delivery to not sleeping through the night, I feel like he is going to be our little trouble maker.  He has done a complete 180 from his ultra fussy days from about 2 to 4 months old.  We can make him laugh and smile so easily and he is so responsive to me, Ted and Grace.  And oh how he loves Grace!

Before Chip was born, I didn't understand how I could love someone as much as I love Grace, but now I understand.  Chip is a pretty special guy and I can't wait to continue to watch him grow and learn.
